I didn't know how to rest. I was always taught that you had to keep busy to achieve any thing in life. Growing up, days were filled with chores to complete with little time to rest. My work life is busy with multiple demands on my time. A full diary is seen as productive but the truth is, resting allows you to function more effectively.
